The Eastern New Mexico Rural Water System, operated by ENMWUA, includes:
- An Intake Structure at the Ute Reservoir
- Four Raw Water pipelines totaling 52.8 miles
- Four Finished Water pipelines totaling 41.2 miles
- Three Lateral pipelines totaling 43.7 miles
- A Treatment Plant that will produce up to 28 MGD (millions of gallons a day) of drinking water
- Four pump stations
- Two 3-million-gallon storage tanks at the top of Caprock
